I'm guessing here, but I suspect not as many people as
really should, actually know BRIAN MARTIN's music.
His 2003 debut album LIFTER OF MY HEAD was a superb
project, set to stand the test of time, and still a solid,
relevant piece of work 5 years down the line.

In 2003 this gifted songwriter, arranger and worship leader launched the album live at Fairfield Halls in Croydon. I was there, and - along with the many others that attended the sell out event - can testify to an engaging and truly fulfilling concert.
LIFTER OF MY HEAD won a G.E.M. (Gospel Entertainment Music) Award in October 2005, and consequently BRIAN - along with other award winning nominees - were invited to the House of Commons to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela.
Even though things went quiet on the UK gospel mainstream, he and the WORSHIP 4 LIFE team - like many of his accomplished contemporaries (JUNIOR ROBINSON and COLIN VASSEL come to mind) - have been busy both in the UK and mainland Europe, taking in Slovakia, Czech Republic and other parts, putting on concerts for missions and live performances.

FAIRFIELD HALLS on Saturday 13th September 2008 to
record their second album.
The 16 track audio/DVD recording takes place live in front of an expected 1600 people, as the team work on following up the excellent live experience of the debut project.
They are also looking to 'give something back' by making WorldVision the charity they have chosen to sponsor. Broadcaster UCB will also be presenting youth & adult literature giveaways, and - if you were at the first one - you'll remember other great gifts we all got to experience on the night.
